Common Embroidered Patch Questions

How fast can you embroider a patch?

We can embroider your patches in as quick as a day, feel free to give us a call if you need help with placing an embroidered patch order.

How much detail can show up on an embroidered patch?

Since embroidered elements are simulated with a thread, it is best to not have small and intricate details on an embroidered patch. If you are unsure if artwork details on your embroidered patch will show up, please feel free to reach out to one of our embroidery experts.

How do I make sure details show up on a patch?

If your artwork has a lot of detail or gradients, embroidered patches may not be the best option for you. Instead we would recommend ensuring that your design is clear and crisp with little detail otherwise embroidered patches may not be the way to go.

What background material do you use for patches?

We use a high density twill for the backing on our patches so that the finished product is durable for application on multiple surfaces.

What shipping method do you use?

I use Canada Post, regular mail, but I am happy to upgrade at your request, just send me an email: middyembroidery@rogers.com

How do you apply the custom patches?

We typically suggest sewing the patch directly on the garment for long lasting adhesion.  If the surface is uneven and sewing is not an option glue is recommended.

How do I check my order status?

I am happy to keep you up to date on the progress of your order, simply drop me an email (middyembroidery@rogers.com) and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
